in the state of ks you have to have a water permit to irrigate.
and you have 5 years from the date well is completed to perfect it.
Perfect meaning maximum amount of water per year used and a instantanious rate of pumping.
for example if you only pumped at 100 gpm and most you used was 10 acre ft a year in those 5 years, then that is maximun you forevermore are allowed.

you can find out who dug the well.-- tyler well service , garden city ks
darrel clark , great bend ks etc... well driller signature is at bottom or report...
test pump results if any, depth of well, annual water use reports.

one well shows; after 12 hours pumping 1200gpm water level is . ft.
