Friday keto fish lunch during a covid 19 week

Subject: canned bluegill



Pittsburg, Kansas

We tried some and decided it was good enough to do a bunch. About like canned tuna only milder.

We like it mixed in with a tin of sardines or kipper snacks smoked herring and made into a salad like the one in the above picture of the sardine salad.
