Subject: Bouncey balls

Our three and a half year old grand daughter and her next door playmate (same age) have those bouncey ball in my front room as we speak. Those balls with the handle on them that they sit on and bounce around the room or down the sidewalk. They are darn near professionals with those things as they can go to beat heck and stop or turn on a dime.

I'm a bit amused as they make a circle through the kitchen living and dining rooms and particularly when they pass by the couch and all you can see is two little heads bouncing behind them. They are only $8 so we bought the second one so the playmate could have one. Evidently, sharing doesn't work so well or at least spoils the fun.

Ah kids are fun at that age to watch and hear what what they say and do. Sidney told Nana that she wanted a hamburger the other day but she didn't want any salad on it. That brough a chuckle or two.

I remember we had those toys for our kids decades ago but we haven't seen them for years. Any
way it's a new generation and they are fun all over again.
