Simple answer is "no", turns to mush as the water in it freezes. Like John Burns said, look what happens to veggies when a refrigerator gets to cold. I know they sell frozen veggies but pretty sure they use some type of quick freeze, plus I believe they are precooked. I'm the only one in my family that eats lettuce. Processed salads will turn bad before I can eat a whole bag. Sealing in a zip lock back will allow you to keep it a few days longer. Whole lettuce heads seem to store longer, especially when kept in ziplock bags as well as cucumbers. Store the whole cucumber in the ziplock bag & slice off what you need for each meal.
