If your Quickbooks is older than 2017 you might have lost access to do online banking.  Here is part of an email I got from Quickbooks this month.

This second notice is to remind you that if you're using a 2017 version of QuickBooks Desktop software, you won't be able to access Online Banking or sign up for other QuickBooks services such as Payroll, Payments and Live Support with your QuickBooks 2017 after May 31, 2020.1 If you have already upgraded, please disregard this notice.
