I've been baking bread for my wife. I make a simple white bread that everybody really likes, especially when it's fresh or later toasted. I can't believe that suddenly people that eat in restaurants and fast food places are going to start making their own bread. I can't find andy yeast either.
Hopefully they will relent and quit buying stuff that requires work and clean up.
