That was interesting. We have persimmon trees but I think will just order some from Amazon to try it. Not for the health benefits but just to see what it tastes like. If there is a health benefit that will just be a bonus. Wife likes different flavors of tea. I don't drink much other than standard black tea, but I will try this.

Who knows, if we like it might try picking and drying some persimmon leaves.
