Somerville, Indiana
Take this w a grain of salt as they say:

Some of us have taken opoids for 30? years for chronic pain..

Most folks never have known chronic pain, and that is good,
as chronic pain can be terrible...It got to where I couldn't
lay down and quit hurting long enough to fall asleep with med..

So I take as needed...For chronic pain...that won't go away..

Others do that as well, with all good intentions...as needed..

Druggies take opoids to "feel better"...Not under drs care..

I was already on antacid, so stomach didn't bother, dr
prescribed baclofen for cramps..

So be easy on those who have to take opoids as needed...They
for the most part can quit taking when pain subsides, or their
job changes to where they aren't a need for physical labor...
They aren't taking to "feel good"...All patents are not the same,
I know that, but I have no problem getting off them for a week
at a time..

No offense meant..
