I use HoursTracker for keeping track of my time at jobs. It has saved me a lot of headache when it comes to thinking through it later. I started with the free version but it only allowed like 3 or 5 “jobs”. This was a good taste but I paid for the app as I have several customers and such and wanted a “job” for each of them. When you clock in you can add notes. It also appears that you can email a “backup” to someone or yourself. It should be readable in some way without much issue. I will look into this. It may not be automatic but you could just try to do it weekly or monthly that would maybe work?
