We have smoked channel catfish and it turned out good. In fact Carolynn got her smoked catfish dip published in Pond Boss magazine. But we have never smoked bluegill. Should be good though.

We do have a batch of bluegill in the pressure canner right now canning some. One catfish too. Caught and cleaned them last night. Have never tried canning fish before.
