Subject: canning fish

We watched that. Very interesting and my wife has canned quite a bit before so we may end up trying that. When you consider what a small can of tuna, salmon or sardines cost for the amount of fish in them, canning our own doesn't seem so bad.

On the other hand as far as cost per pound of our own fish, let's see, building multiple ponds, stocking them, buying feed, managing algae and weeds, mowing around them................ i don't think I want to know. :-)
