Sounds good but without the onions and relish. I’m picky about onions and prefer them cooked down with jalapeños to a crispy, almost black texture for Tex Mex dishes on tortillas.
Been wanting to go crappie fishing again. Used to do that a lot. Have been wanting to fish Lake Eufala.
