When I was at college at Colby, the college computers were HORRIFICALLY slow. I opened up task manager and found two processors, both svchost that were eating up over half of the available ram in the computer. I researched this and found it to be a bug basically, and was able to end the process and the computers were back to fast operating speed. I would really like a screenshot of your task manager.
