SW Michigan | I always top off new bearings with Schaeffer's 238 with a needle fitting.
With greaseable bearings I use the holes. On these bearings, I drilled a # 50 hole in the side and averaged about 15 pumps before grease came out around the needle.
I pump some, then turn the bearing for a bit and add more until Its full.
Waste of time?
Making it worse?
