Rick, I'm about 5 miles east of Clarksburg. We pull a chain harrow behind the disc. Does a beautiful job, but those things take some maintainence every year. Neighbor pulls a packer behind their field cultivator, and I'm always impressed with how their ground looks. Wifes boss typically pulls a packer behind their disc and it does a nice job, too. I have no experience with double baskets.
