Subject: RE: Raven anhydrous controller not working right

North Central Iowa
Jus went thru this. Maybe this will help, maybe not jus thought I'd throw it out there. My rate would stay for a while then bounce 40lbs high then 40lbs low. Then back to normal for a while. Noticed the cooler hoses that bleed off to knives were not sweating. Took one off, nothing exhausting from cooler as I went across field.

Figured what was happening some of the product was vaporizing because cooler wasn't working.

The small hose that feeds the cooler was normal temp. Took it off, used a rubber tipped blow gun to force air in to fitting...heard a pop.

Then I could hear air coming out cooler bleed off hoses. Think oriface was plugged up with some rust.
It worked fine when I quit last Fall.
Here is pic where I blew air in.
REMEMBER!! EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE BLED OFF TO WORK
ON IT!

Check and clean the screen and magnets in that filter housing inline jus before that hose fitting I'm pointing at. While its bled down.
