I feel a little vulnerable. We have quite a bit of net worth..............but it's mostly tied up in land values. Hard to pay bills with equity. If I was 30-40 I'd just re-finance and go back to hitting it hard. In my 50s that doesn't sound so desirable.
Yupp this, but I am in my late forties. If I sold my land I would be sitting pretty good, but I would rather struggle one steak at a time.
A hard question, what to change.
