I had no-till coulters on hand. No cost other than bolts to install and time. If you reread the post I am trying to install down pressure springs.

I am planting some land that can get very stiff (hard). I am hoping with coulters mounted on the tool bar and 200 gallon of water on tool bar for weight they will help the disk openers penitrate the stiff spots. This is some of my better yielding land.

I am trying no-till to reduce trips across field, help weed control and building organic matter.
