Whatever you decide to buy just makes sure you can repair it. 1 repair bill and you basically bought the tractor again on any make or model of older tractors. It doesn't matter they all break down or need repairs eventually. Doing it yourself and a $5000 bill can be $500. Take for instance I just split an 1105 MF. New clutch, input shaft seals. Also rebuilt water pump. Pulled radial piston pump to reseal it. All together I have less than $1000 in parts on a $7500 tractor. If I took that to a dealer to do the bill would be $4-5000 easy.
