| I’d assume there’s a leak somewhere if it’s squealing. How about the manifold on the turbo side or charge air cooler leaks will squeal also. Now that I think of it I had a rubber hose broke where my charge air cooler on my Mack truck make a high squeal sound. There was a split in the rubber hose and when air was forced out of the split it sounded like a whistle or squeal so more then likely check the rubber hoses
