NW KS/ SC ID
Good news,

The injectors were the entire issue.

He talked to a fuel injection shop at Salina and they said to throw away the injectors, not even worth anything as cores. Claims ASAP's injectors are cheap import junk.

They wouldnt be able to get him anything super quick, so he put our awesome parts guy at the NH dealership to work, and he tracked down 6 Ford reman injectors, in Ford boxes dated 1988 (same PN as TW35) and they were sitting on a shelf in Oklahoma. New is the only thing currently available, these were old stock remans. almost 1/3 the cost too! :)

Injectors installed, not a single other thing touched, and its now running 2 mph faster with a little power to spare.

So I guess for anyone reading in the future, dont toss your old injectors, have them rebuilt, as the ASAP injectors are not very good.
