It is odd, but our soil profile was full last year. We just haven't had enough time to let levels drop. If we'd have had lots of snow I can't imagine what things would look like. We have a sump pit by the grain leg that was full last fall when we finished harvest, and it is down a couple of feet now. Just the little snow we had the other day had water standing everywhere again. I saw pictures of a guy north of Aberdeen that tried to do some surface drainage that didn't turn out very well. The red quad's rear tracks were pretty much all the way in to the top!!!! Not sure how that one is gonna come out....except leave it to wait until ground dries.
