My problem is my left hand side main cylinder starts collapsing more going thru the field which in turn puts the seed deeper on this rows and the seed shallower in the wing.. the only way to fix it is to fold the planter up and rephrase it .. not sure what is going on but it drives me nuts

Ours had a problem while planting also. Could sometimes plant all day no problems but very seldom. Others it be 10 to 40 AC, and it be out of phase. You knew it was going out of phase while planting cause the the right wing would gradually start to raise. Only way to fix it was fold it up and lower it in transport position and then unfold. Tried swapping lift cylinders and wing cylinders with no luck, also o rings, and replaced 5 check valves on bottom of the hydraulic block under ccs tanks. No luck. Swapped the valves on the top of the block(counter balance valves) and problem moved to the left side. Replaced that valve and it seems to have fixed this issue. The valves aren’t cheap around 500 bucks.
