Midwest | Congratulations on the progress. Eating on the road can be problematic especially if you are addicted to those hot dogs on those rollers in quick and truck stops. I would suggest you look at a south beach diet for the next 20 lbs. At 5-9 180 lbs. you still have some work to do. I'm not being critical as much as I am in the situation as you and find it impossible to make much progress.
