Well I said you need to stop by and the seafoods on us.Last night we had chaffle lobster rolls ,used phrannys recipe except homemade mayo on the lobster not in the dough,was fantastic.The chaffles I put a bit of avacado oil instead of cheese,grilled them in a pan to crisp sides like a true Maine roll.Butter helps that browning of the chaffle(roll).
