Yes but if the detent on that valve is tightened u to not release and no other valve is open it will kick the relief valve. Had a tractor we used on a sprayer with a valve adjusted for the pump and detent tightened down. Operator hit that lever when using it on a different application not knowing it and heated the oil on it.
