goodhue county,mn | I get land offered to me a lot...…I don't want anymore , i'm happy where I am at ……...but, .they all say the same thing , I like the way your farm looks....even got a pasture offered ,and the guy said that about my pasture...………..I am in the hills, I leave big waterways and I cut and bale them , if I miss some weeds , you will see me spot spraying with the atv or pulling by hand...……..my dad had the whole family pulling by hand growing up ,....so its nothing new to me...…...I never complain , been told that a lot , by that I mean when you pay rent say thanks for letting me run it ...if you didn't make money ,turn it down for the next year ,,,don't complain to people that its tough out there trying to negotiate...……...they will ask what it will take to keep you, if you treat their land like it is your own...……..was told by a couple people over the years that I was the first renter that they had ever seen pick up rocks …...
