We eat a half one quite often with the meal as a side dish. Just cut in half, salt and pepper, and eat with a spoon right out of the shell. I used to think they were disgusting. Now I like them. Pictured: Pizza with a hamburger crust. Wife took 2.5# of hamburger, pressed it out in a cast iron skillet, and fried it both sides (a little over an inch thick). Then topped with pizza toppings (mostly pepperoni and cheese) and baked it till the cheese melted. Turned out great. I like it a lot. Pictured is 1/4 of the pan. John
