Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Cut all caffeine you can. Even in mornings cutting back on coffee I've noticed helps. I don't think everybody metabolized caffeine as fast others.
Melatonin helps me. Doesn't knock me out, but does help some.
Avoiding electronic devices 1hr before bedtime.
Going to bed when you first start feeling sleepy helps, even if it is 8:30. Hard to do if you are married or have kids.
