SCIA | I agree with John. About the let die concept. But, there are different ways, then shutting down. Taiwan seems to be doing OK with the "mask and sanitize" policy, yet going on with life pretty much as normal, unless I have missed something from the clips I watched from there.
The other thought that I have had is; Why not let the hospitals in the "lightly infected ares continue to do elective surgeries? And put them on an as needed shut down. A friend, here, has been cut to less than half the regular hours, because no one is using health services. Asked the question, the other day; "Where are the open diabetic sores, colds and sniffles and asthma patients? They are not coming in. | |
