Probably several reasons but mostly I believe because neither has been approved for use against the virus yet officially so anybody that’s doing any “research” is probably staying pretty low key.

it also takes awhile to setup and analyze any studies that are meaningful, more than a couple weeks for sure. 

but it’d bet the infectious diseases unit in Nebraska is doing studies right now.
