You were told incorrectly. The $2000 unlock is for C. From C to X is an additional $3000. Subscription price is correct though.
This agrees with what I heard. The unlock for Terra Star X is a two step process. So much to get to C and another step to go to X. Between needing to go from a 6500 to a 7500 with the extra unlock (don't know if I would be given credit for my current C unlock) and the extra subscription I decided to just stick with my 6500 and Terra Star C. |
