Western IL | I just threw away the Prairie Farmer after lightly scanning three articles. Every Farm publication anymore is heading for the trash . I’ve read enough about the 500 bushel master farmers, the saving the entire earth and everybody else is destroying the earth who doesn’t plant cover crops, and the next super woman in ag. Enough is enough, we can’t all make 32 trips applying nitrogen in a growing season. And what works in New York doesn’t work everywhere. These farm publications are absolute garbage. Oh wait, I had better give them all my farm demographic information or this could be my last issue. I haven’t filled out a subscription in 15 years and I still get this crap. We all have internet and I will look up what I want to learn about and I don’t need a weekly email about the next thing if I don’t do, I will be out of business. ( Hemp, cover crops, non GMO, micros, macros, tracks, drones, etc, etc, etc) | |
