I am extremely confident that EVERY one of the 2 million wouldn't be in the original 2.8 million. There would be some overlap though. More likely they'd be spread among the 2.8 million from each of the coming decade or two.
Should folks with a heart attack skip bypass surgery, because they might die in a car accident before the end of the year?
I agree with your first paragraph, how many people will die from cancer this year because they're cancer screening has been canceled? |
