South Central MN | I've noticed that during the summer while working hard when I was doing a more keto style diet that my sweat would make my clothes smell like ammonia, but no one else seemed to notice or if they did never said anything. Got me to wondering if my body was burning protein for fuel? Protein is made up of a lot of nitrogen, could explain that odor. Yours might be different though. I wasn't losing muscle mass so had to be from what I was eating. | |
