Soil | I don’t know how many carbs I’m getting. Using a diet that the doctor gave me with shakes, snack bars and a mix of protein foods and veggies. Trying to customize my intake with a little more carbs and sugar. When I try to add a little of each I usually don’t lose hardly anything, but when I stick to the diet I can lose up to four pounds per day. Would like to even things out a little, I think three to four pounds per day might cause other health issues. | |
