coast of Maine | Decades ago one of my carribean workers who had a great diet had me try a sample of sardines ,onions thyme,peppers,garlic ,salt on a cracker cold for lunch.Well it was amazing.So occasionally I will throw some in a stir fry.He would reduce down all ingredients then add sardine as the last ingredient
