I asked a friend of mine if he thought CEOs were evil.... He said without hesitation Yes.... I always held the other view. I thought they by in large were fine and good at thier jobs. I am starting to tip towards his view.

Don't know if I am pessimistic by nature or what but have always felt CEO's were looking out for themselves rather than anyone else for a long time. Company has a rough patch and the CEO gets let go? Oh well here is the severance package worth millions and you are now free to move on up to a bigger company with more rewards...
Last I checked if I got fired I wouldn't even get a package of peanuts.
Perhaps one thing that could come out of this, CEO's get treated like the regular workers and getting fired (for them) would sting a lot as they could have to start over at the bottom somewhere else.
