Subject: 3340 Sprayer gallons not adding up

Southern Illinois
3340 CIH sprayer, Aim command pro, Pro 700. Gallon counter for the tank is accurate, application rate gallons are 12-20% high.

Sprayed 4800 gallons (known due to a 1200 gl tank filled 4x), the container counter gallons showed 4900. When we sprayed 39 acres at 10 gl the rate comes up to 440 gallons used on the field gallons counter.

We calibrated the old flow meter by water weight using 8.3# per gallon and had it within 2%. In the field it was over applying by 18%. Decided the flow meter was acting up. Installed a new one, updated the flow cal on the calibration-Flow screen, Is that the correct place? Or does it need to be in the toolbox-control-valve 1 is 10, valve 2 is 1486. I thought those were the PWM hyd valve calibrations to control the product pump.

My question is how can there be a discrepancy between the gallon counter and the field gallons and physical gallons used. Is this a software issue? Not sure what else it could be. Acres, GPS speed, autosteer are all spot on.
