This is my thought

Very good thoughts above about, do the best with what you got, and make do and improvise, that IS the American way

But also look at all the 40 year olds that catch this thing and die (a lot are older, some are that age, even an 11 month has died) so just think of one age group

Now if we did nothing, nothing - and everyone got contaminted at roughly the same 2 week interval, the virus incubates, and EVERYONE comes down sick 2 weeks later.....
Sure 80% of the US population will need nothing and be fine, but do you know how many will die if 20% of the whole population goes to the ER at the same time?
with no care and no help, the bodies pile up REAL fast.....
