I'll take my chances with lots of things before I'll drink raw milk again. Pasteurization has saved millions of lives.

I don't really disagree and each to their own,but will add,

Nope, If I'm the one getting the milk out of the cow, I would trust myself not to poision myself or my family.....Raw milk is all we had up untill just a few years ago and no one ever died here from our own raw milk that I know of. ..Should it have been pasturized? Well, of course, but we didnt for adults. Heck you can self pasteurize milk, its not a miracle to heat up milk hot enough to kill the bad bugs.......We did it for the babies in the family for generations here.
Ironically, I bought a gallon of off the shelf store milk saturday that was supposedly good to sell before april 9th and the da-n thing was already sour upon opening....We never had that happen with out own milk right out of the barn.
