Wasn't sure to put this in machinery talk or precision talk, so i put it in both but i have three questions
1. When planting do you guys have your offsets for row shut to leave a one row gap, or to shut them off right at the headland rows?
2. is there a way in the 20/20 to reduce variable rate population by a percentage?
3. is there a way in the 20/20 with vdrive to run half the planter with a prescription and half flat rate?
1. you can do a custom amount also. I have mine set for .2, or 20% of my 30" row so it shoots for 6" gap. This is also used when getting to the other side of the field coming into the passes along the other side. It will shutoff when it gets 6" away from the next row.
2. from main screen, hit RowFlow/vDrive, on right is automap express, then should let you edit by percentage on the bottom.
3. Have to set up RowFlow/vDrive to have 2 drive sections, when you select the field you will assign prescription to 1 and flat rate to the other
