Have family working in hospitals---yes they are overwhelmed ,above capacity---don't break you leg now
Here hospitals are laying off nurses because they don't havery enough work for them.
Yup, my daughter, a nurse, had her hours cut, she used to avg 50 per week, now the max is 30, and they got a 10% pay cut.
It was that or get laid off/fired.
