State law says you must slow to speed of farm vehicles with smv sign BEFORE PASSING and no one knows it.
If I encounter and tractor on the road I will run behind them with my hazard lights on until they get to the field. Doesn't matter if I know them or not.
Too many people don't pay attention while driving.
