Soybeans usage also saw significant y-o-y increases due to Chinese soybean demand. Not to mention an overall feeling of inflation that permeated what felt like the whole economy.
This feels more like a deflationary environment and those are a little more difficult to shake and don’t lead to a quick surge back up. | |
