S.C. Wisconsin | Normally we kept her hearing aids up. The aids have been changing the batteries but didn't change the small inserts in the buds. So I told them where they were and they found the inserts and the aid knew how to change them with a little coaching. She called me tonight and seem to hear much better. My hats off to the wonderful aid who got right on it and seem to know what she was doing. Those people are under a lot of pressure these days. | |
