Southeast Colorado		I thought I read where the plan to flood the market with extra oil was not supposed to begin until April 1st..........today.

What is this flood of oil he is talking about before today?

Also............I too thought that we were now the oil export leader in the world. If all we do is keep it to ourselves wouldn't that flood us worse?
