| That sounds familiar, when I was young I played a whole season of fast-pitch softball with torn cartilage in my knee. It didn't hurt or swell much, but would occasionally lock up, I figured out I could slide my 2 thumbs down the inside of my kneecap with some pressure to pop the cartilage back in place and I could use my knee again. Did it several times just before a pitch was delivered while playing 3rd base. I had it fixed over the winter. Things we do when we're young and foolish! | |
