Subject: Trouble with 8410T trimble autosteer install

Good afternoon

Trying to get a Ag Leader autopilot system installed in a 2000's 8410T
Using a Nav 2 and Insight with John Deere interface box

This is my first install on a track machine
When I try and do a calibration using my Autopilot Toolbox for the interface tab or steering calibration tab
it will fault with code 64 "Output Balance Bad"
Ag leader tech manual says fault code caused by

1) Poor ground connection to vehicle
we have triple checked the grounds on the machine and batteries
It calls for another ground cable installed for this model which i have installed
2) Defective or Failed steering box
it recommends checking all cables, pins and routing of cables which we have
3) Incorrect Vehicle Profile
I have used the internal search of the update and selected the 8400T
It was recommended by a third party to try and find a external source for the vehicle list database and load from there for the profile vehicle. I cant for the life of me find anything online that lets me do that

I have updated the Nav 2 up to 13.7 then back dated to 10.3 then to 11.05 and again to 13.7 and reconfigured vehicle profile each time
but i don't believe the 10.3 supports tracked tractors after reading through ag leader postings

The tractor is very well maintained all the parts are used but look in good condition
This Interface box was purchased recently used but from a reputable source that sounds like they will exchange it

But i hate to go through this again if its something Im missing

Any help and advise is greatly appreciatied
