EC SoDak | I didn’t travel around much this winter so I’m not sure how much got left standing. For my area, pretty much everything got harvested before year end. I got 99.9% of my tillage done, although some had to wait for a frost.
Edit to add: Most of my fields have a little grade to them and tile, so that helps me. The big problem for some areas in SD that never dried out is that while my area needs tile, theirs normally doesn’t (lighter soils, less rain, more heat than me) so they were SOL going into and throughout last year.
